Recipe for: Beef Stroganoff and a Spinach Salad

Ingredients: Beef Stroganoff Ingredients:
One 12 ounce bag of Whole Wheat Noodles
One pound of 96% or above Ground Beef of Chicken
Two tablespoons of fat free sour cream
One whole white onion
Half can of 11 ounce can of mushrooms


Ingredients: Spinach Salad
One 12 ounce bag of spinach
Two-thirds cup of canned mandarin oranges

Ingredients: Dressing
One cup non fat plain yogurt
Half of a medium cucumber
One clove of garlic
One teaspoon of lemon juice
Half a teaspoon of salt and pepper

Directions: Beef Stroganoff
1.Cook noodles, then drain them
2.Brown the meat until almost done, when there's just a little bit
of pink left, throw in the onions (on medium heat)
3.Continue to cook until onions are soft, then put in the half can of mushrooms
4.Drain any grease in the pan
5.Reduce heat to low, add the sour cream and the garlic, then stir together
6.The add the noodles, stir it all completely together

Direction: Spinach Salad
1. Put spinach and mandarin oranges in a medium bowl
2. Set that aside and get a big jar
3. Mince the cucumber and the garlic clove
4. Put the yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper in the jar and mix together
