Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 Chicken breast, (cooked and shredded)
  • 1 (10 ounce) can refried beans
  • 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning
  • 1 (7 1/3 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 10 ounces sour cream
  • 6 1/4 flour tortillas

  1. Start Mix together chicken breasts, refried beans and taco seasoning.Stop
  2. Start Mix together: cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Stop
  3. Start Spread chicken mixture down middle of tortilla, then soup then grated cheddar cheese. Stop
  4. Start Roll up and put in greased 9 x 13 pan.
  5. Spread leftover soup over top, and then sprinkle with grated cheese. Stop
  6. Start Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stop

Fried Rice

Prep Time: 10 mins
Total Time: 40 mins
  1. Start Add the oil to the pan and put heat on to medium high. Add the rice. Stop. And saute until golden brown approximately 10 - 15 minutes. (Will show after golden brown)
  2. Start Add the onion and bell pepper and saute. Stop. Another 5 - 10 minutes. (Will show)
  3. The important thing is to make sure the rice is toasted to a nice golden brown.
  4. Start. Using a garlic press, add the minced fresh garlic by squeezing the press and cutting off
  5. the garlic as it comes out, with a knife. Stop
  6. Continue to saute for an additional 3 minutes. (Will show) You will notice a wonderful garlic aroma.
  7. Start Add the tomato puree, chicken broth and salt. Stir and turn heat up to high. Stop. Start. Bring to a full boil while stirring. Continue to boil for 2 minutes. Stop.
  8. (Will show) Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  9. When it's done, turn off the heat, remove the lid and stir in the peas.
  10. Wait 5 minutes before serving.
