Ingredients:
Chicken Breasts
Quinoa
Broccoli
Chicken Bullion
Chives

Directions:

To Cook Chicken:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 and spray baking sheet with Pam
Step 2: Place chicken breasts on baking sheets, and place in oven when ready. Cook for 20-30 minutes, season to taste
To Cook Quinoa:
Step 1: Measure 3 cups of quinoa and poor into large bowl
Step 2: fill the bowl the rest of the way with water and let sit for 15 minutes
Step 3: Measure 6 cups of water and poor into medium pot
Step 4: strain quinoa and poor into medium pot
Step 5: Pour 1 teaspoon of chicken Bullion into water and start boiling
Step 6: Boil for 15 minutes, or until water is completely gone
Step 7: remove from heat and cover, let sit for 5 minutes.
To Cook Broccoli:
Step 1: Clean broccoli by running water over it
Step 2: Cut broccoli into smaller pieces.
Step 3: Clean chives by running water over them
Step 4: Cut off top and bottom of chives, dispose
Step 5: Spray pan with PAM spray
Step 6: Place chives and broccoli into pan and turn on low
Step 7: Season to taste
Step 8: Cover, stirring occasionally for 10-15 minutes

I suggest a little salt on the meal. Place it all onto a plate, and enjoy!
