Recipe for: Ham, Bacon, and Cheese Omelet Recipe

Ingredients:
2 good slices of ham `
2 strips of turkey bacon
2 large fresh eggs
1 tablespoon of milk
A pinch of salt and pepper
A knob of butter
1 cup of low fat cheese


Directions:

1. Slice ham and the bacon into small pieces.
2. Seperate the egg whites from the yolks and put in a bowl.
3. Add salt and pepper, and stir in the milk.
4. Melt the butter in non-stick frying pan over a medium heat
5. When butter melts, pour egg mixture into the center of the pan and cook for approximately 3-5 minutes, or until the egg is done.
6. In another pan over high heat, mix the chunks of turkey bacon and ham.
7. When done, lay the omelet on a plate and pour the meat over the egg and sprinkle the cheese.
8. Roll up the egg with the ingredients inside. If desired you may sprinkle some cheese on the top!
