Recipe for:Eggs and Bacon

Ingredients:
2 scrambled eggs
2 strips of turkey bacon
1 piece whole wheat toast
1 small piece of low fat butter

1 coffee or tea packet
8 oz water

Seasonings

Directions:

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add a teaspoon of milk, then whisk the eggs until they are frothy

  2. Put a pan on the stove at medium heat and add a small slab of butter for lubricant. You can tell the water is hot when a drop of water sizzles when dropped on the pan
  3. Add to the eggs all the seasonings and cheese you want. Then make sure to mix them into the eggs
  4. Put the eggs on the pan and continuously stir until the eggs start to harden. Then turn off the heat and move the eggs to another burner
  5. Turn the oven on at 350 degrees. Take a cookie sheet and put a layer of aluminum underneath a rack for the bacon
  6. Evenly layer the bacon about an inch apart and insert into the oven. They should be done in around 10-15 minutes
  7. Put a piece of whole wheat bread into the toaster and toast
  8. Make coffee and tea to your liking
  9. Enjoy!
