Ingredients:
1. 1 Large Egg
2. 1 12 ounce can of evaporated milk
3. Pinch of Cayenne pepper
4. Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
5. Kosher salt and Freshly ground pepper
6. 1 1/3 cups grated muenster cheese (4 ounces) plus 4 deli thin slices (1 ounce)
7. 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar ( 2ounces)
8.1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (1 ounce)
9.1/2 head of cauliflower cut into small florets
10.4 cups of medium pasta shells. ( 9 ounces)

Directions:
1.Whisk egg, evaporated milk, cayenne pepper, nutmeg, salt, and black pepper.
