1 1/2 cups uncooked instant white rice
Pace® Thick & Chunky Salsa
Shredded Cheddar cheese (try to stay away from highly processed cheeses like velveeta)
Shredded lettuce

Make It: To start you need to thaw out 1pound of ground beef this usually takes about a day so put it out first thing in the morning if it is not ready by the time your going to cook put the meat in a microwave or soak it in warm water til its thawed.
Mix the taco seasoning into the meat and cook it ntil light brown the remove fat.
Put the soup water and rice and let it heat to a boil cover and let it cook over a low heat for 5 minutes or until done.
Top with salsla of choice cheese and lettuce serve with tortilla chips for dipping or dump all the meat ect. On a plate of tortilla chips.
