Directions: Combine turkey breast, fennel seeds, oregano, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Mix well and form into five patties. Heat 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil in skillet. Grill on each side til done. In another skillet saute the sliced red peppers and onion. Divide peppers and onions on each burger. (Have them on a roll, too, if you want).
